The designers at Dansk set out to design a
flatware pattern that implies "movement", and landed
on this design; Erol. The knife especially captures this essence,
and appears to be moving even in the photograph below. It's quite
fun to cut with, and the high quality blade performs very well.
The reverse side of the handle is quite concave
in shape (intentionally), but the edges are wide enough and smooth
enough that it doesn't become a distraction. High polished finish,
made in the 18/10 stainless steel alloy.
