Question: Do you have a catalog?

You can view almost all of the products we sell on our Web site, but we do not have a print catalog at this time. We do not offer a print catalog mainly because of the high cost. For example, a glossy catalog in full color would cost us about $1 per catalog to produce, assuming we printed tens of thousands of copies.

Since the national average response rate on catalogs is about 10% or less, we would have to make up $10 on every customer that ordered just to pay for the catalog. We would rather you save the $10 on our lower prices. Our resources go into producing the highest-quality Internet experience, with more pictures, more available items, the guaranteed lowest prices, and a very easy-to-browse Web site.
