For carving larger sized roasts and fowl,
cutting large vegetables and fruit. Slicing knives tend to have
thinner, more flexible blades than the heavier Chefs knives.
This enables the blade to cut straight, thin slices of meat.
10" blade. Also available with a slightly
smaller 8" blade.
