	The Allora flatware pattern is a fairly recent introduction by Reed & Barton, and was the first one to take advantage of advances in flatware manufacturing. The rounded handles, which are inspired by traditional Danish design, have a very smooth and well-finished feel. Shiny finish. Made in a very heavy weight, Allora is made with premium 18/10 quality stainless steel, and won't bend in hard ice cream. The handles are "hollow", to hold the implement above, which is desirable to give you a better cutting blade. It also keeps the handle from being unbearably heavy.
