The Peyton flatware design is based on a silverplated
set from early 19th century England, when ancient Greek and Roman
fluted silverware designs were resurging, and is now in the Colonial
Williamsburg collection in Virginia.
Peyton features a very heavy weight,
shiny finish, well rounded edges, and premium 18/10 quality.
The knife design is more reflective of early 19th century flatware,
and is traditionally called the "Old French" blade
style.
