Marlborough
Sterling Silver Flatware, Silverware
by Reed and Barton |
What is the difference between
a
Place Setting and a Dinner Setting?
The only difference is the size of
the main fork and knife, which is slightly larger in the dinner
size. Below are the measurements for this pattern:
Place Fork: 7-1/4"
Place Knife: 8-7/8"
Dinner Fork: 7-7/8"
Dinner Knife: 9-3/4" |

4-pc Place Setting includes:
Salad Fork
Place Fork
Place Knife, HH
Teaspoon
5-pc Place Setting
is a 4-pc Place plus a
Cream Soup Spoon |
Marlborough is an often overlooked pattern,
and was first made in 1906. If you like Marlborough, you may
also like Queen
Elizabeth I by Towle Silversmiths, or Chantilly
by Gorham.

What does "HH" mean?
HH stands for "Hollow Handle",
which means
that the item has been made with a hollow sterling
silver handle, and a stainless steel utensil has been
inserted into it. Generally, the dinner knife handle
is used for serving pieces, and a smaller version
is used for the Butter Knife and Butter Spreader. |

What chest is included with the
46 and 66-piece sets?
We include the Madison chest by
Wallace Silversmiths, but you can
also apply that cost to a different chest.
