The major difference in size is evident in the Oval Soup Spoon, and the Dinner Knife. The Teaspoons are exactly the same, and the two forks only have about 1/8" difference between them. Both versions have the same lightly brushed finish, with the antiquing in the beaded grooves. The main difference between the two is the knife construction, with the standard Beaded Antique having a hollow-handle knife, with a higher carbon content blade inserted into the handle. The Continental Beaded Antique has the same full feeling in the handle, but is constructed from one piece of steel. .
