About Taos flatware:
While Taos stainless flatware is often though of as a southwest design flatware, the more specific inspiration for the Taos pattern
originates in traditional Navajo "squash blossom" silver designs, which began in the late 19th century. When we think of Southwest designs, we are referring to Native American art from tribes that lived in the areas which are now New Mexico, Arizona, and parts of Texas. The name Taos is derived from the mountain region in New Mexico.

Due to the unique nature of the "antiquing" process, no two pieces will be exactly alike, which adds to the charm and appeal of this rustic Southwestern design.
