Ground delivery generally takes up to 5-6 business days for delivery, depending on your distance from the warehouse your order ships from. Air delivery generally takes between 2-3 business days for delivery, and also depends on your distance from the warehouse.

We use UPS and the US Mail to deliver packages to domestic and many international addresses. The time in transit will depend on how far you are from the warehouse that ships your order (our warehouse in Seattle, or a manufacturer's warehouse in Massachusetts or Georgia, for example). Some oversized holloware items (such as tea sets and flatware chests) will require additional shipping charges for air delivery.

International shipments
Shipping rates to international addresses will vary, but we will always email you for approval on the shipping rate before processing your order. Sorry, but we cannot ship china or crystal to international addresses. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via Priority Mail.

Alaska and Hawaii
Silver items can only go via the Air Delivery option, and we are unable to offer shipments of china and crystal to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
