The free shipping offer and ornament rate applies to ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States only. Some oversized items such as flatware chests, china sets, and silver tea sets will incur additional charges over the air delivery, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada rates.

Delivery Timelines
Ground delivery generally takes up to 5-6 business days for delivery, depending on your distance from the warehouse your order ships from. Air delivery generally takes between 2-3 business days for delivery, and also depends on your distance from the warehouse.

Our Carriers
We use UPS and the US Mail to deliver packages to domestic and many international addresses. The time in transit will depend on how far you are from the warehouse that ships your order (our warehouse in Seattle, or a manufacturer's warehouse in Massachusetts or Georgia, for example). APO/FPO shipments will be sent via Priority Mail at the ground delivery rates.

If you have a deadline for receiving an order, we'd like to encourage you to call us, so we can carefully schedule your shipment with the best shipping method available. Next Day Air service is available for telephone orders, please call us at 1-800-426-3057.

Notification
We do require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items. We also require that you make any claims of non-delivery within 90 days of the shipment date. After 90 days, we will assist you in any claims with the delivery service, but it is considered "delivered".

International shipments
