Shipments to Canada do not include taxes, duties or brokerage fee. Canada Post will collect those from you upon delivery.

Free shipping offer and ornament rate applies to ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States only. Ground delivery generally takes up to 5-6 business days for delivery, depending on your distance from the warehouse your order ships from.

Air delivery generally takes between 2-3 business days for delivery, and also depends on your distance from the warehouse. Some oversized items such as flatware chests will incur additional charges over the air delivery, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada rates.

We use UPS and the US Mail to deliver packages to domestic and many international addresses. The time in transit will depend on how far you are from the warehouse that ships your order (our warehouse in Seattle, or a manufacturer's warehouse in Massachusetts or Georgia, for example). Some oversized holloware items (such as tea sets and flatware chests) will require additional shipping charges for air delivery. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via Priority Mail at the ground delivery rates.

If you have a deadline for receiving an order, we'd like to encourage you to call us, so we can carefully schedule your shipment with the best shipping method available. Next Day Air service is available for telephone orders, please call us at 1-800-426-3057.

We do require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items. We also require that you make any claims of non-delivery within 90 days of the shipment date. After 90 days, we will assist you in any claims with the delivery service, but it is considered "delivered".

At this time we do not ship china or crystal items outside of the United States.
