Processing Time and Delivery Time
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. The delivery estimates listed below begin after an order has been processed and released to the carrier.
- In-stock, non-personalized merchandise is prepared for shipment as promptly as possible.
- Some merchandise may ship directly from a manufacturer or another warehouse. Product availability and processing time may vary by item.
- Engraved, personalized, special-order, or backordered items may require additional processing before shipment.
- Choosing an expedited shipping method reduces carrier transit time but does not reduce engraving, personalization, manufacturer, or special-order processing time.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments when products are fulfilled from different warehouses.

Standard Ground Shipping
Estimated carrier transit time is generally 3–5 business days after shipment within the 48 contiguous United States.

Free ground shipping applies to qualifying orders delivered to one address within the 48 contiguous United States. Oversized merchandise and certain special-delivery situations may require an additional charge.
Expedited Shipping
Transit estimates begin after the order has completed processing. Business days do not include weekends or carrier holidays.

We may not be able to provide prepaid return labels for Canadian orders. Please review our Return Policy before placing an international or Canadian order.
Additional Shipping Information
Carriers and Fulfillment Locations
Silver Superstore uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for domestic shipments and many international destinations. Orders may ship from Silver Superstore or directly from a manufacturer's warehouse.
Tracking and Split Shipments
Tracking information is provided when available. An order containing merchandise from more than one location may arrive in multiple packages or on different delivery dates.
Oversized and Fragile Merchandise
Flatware chests, tea sets, hollowware, and other oversized or fragile products may require additional charges for air delivery, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international shipment.
APO and FPO Addresses
APO and FPO shipments are generally sent through Priority Mail at the applicable ground-delivery rate. Delivery times may vary based on military postal handling.
Damage, Defects, or Missing Items
Please notify Silver Superstore within 30 days of receiving an order if merchandise is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Visit our Return Policy for complete instructions.
Non-Delivery Claims
Claims involving non-delivery must be reported within 90 days of the shipment date. After 90 days, we will assist with carrier research when possible, but the shipment may be considered delivered for claim purposes.

At this time, Silver Superstore does not ship china or crystal merchandise outside the United States.
