Silver Superstore - Return Policy We guarantee the premium condition of every
product we sell! If you are a registered bride or groom, you may return items for exchange (they must be in the original, unopened packaging). Items must be received no more than 30 days after the wedding date we have on file for you, or 14 days after your receipt of the items, whichever is later. Exception: We will not be able to accept returns or offer exchanges on individual place setting pieces (such as knives, teaspoons, etc), except for manufacturer's defects. Because of credit card companies' policies, we cannot give a refund to the gift recipient. Gift certificates will be issued instead.
