What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
All items sold by Silver Superstore as “Sterling Silver” contain at least 92.5% percent Silver and are stamped with either “.925”, “Sterling Silver”, or both.

What does " w/stamp " mean?
As of April 2022, Fortessa is no longer stamping their logo in their flatware pieces. We do have some stock left of the stamped versions. If you are looking to match your older, stamped, pieces you will want to select the pieces denoted with “w/stamp”.

Zwilling is far better known for their premier level of kitchen cutlery, but they make a great effort here to put themselves into the mid-range premium flatware market. These patterns are better quality than the ones you'll find at big-box retailers, but not quite as good as the upscale silver department patterns. Great weight. Dosen't spot.
It’s really good quality.
I already have a set of Zwilling knives, so when it came time to replace our silverware it was a no brainer. The construction and quality of this silverware set is on par with the Zwilling brand. The utensils are very solid, seem to hold up well so far and are exactly what we need for our day-to-day uses.
I have been looking for a set of flatware for a vacation condo. I didn't want to pay a big price, but still wanted something with some weight and is nice to look at. I had been looking off and on for a few months, and finally came across the Opus Satin and liked it immediately! Great buy and choice!
