What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
All items sold by Silver Superstore as “Sterling Silver” contain at least 92.5% percent Silver and are stamped with either “.925”, “Sterling Silver”, or both.

What does " w/stamp " mean?
As of April 2022, Fortessa is no longer stamping their logo in their flatware pieces. We do have some stock left of the stamped versions. If you are looking to match your older, stamped, pieces you will want to select the pieces denoted with “w/stamp”.

Zwilling is far better known for their premier level of kitchen cutlery, but they make a great effort here to put themselves into the mid-range premium flatware market. These patterns are better quality than the ones you'll find at big-box retailers, but not quite as good as the upscale silver department patterns. That's a good thing, since these patterns are priced for value, and we highly recommend them if the designs appeal to you.

I just bought this set while Christmas shopping. This is absolutely beautiful! They look stylish and feel great in your hand. I am very happy with my purchase!
I really love this set. I no longer have rust spots on my knife set. This is a good quality flatware set. I love how they are heavier than my previous silverware, have more rounded handles making using them gentler on the hands, and the satin is so much nicer than the shiny flatware. I'm definitely glad I purchased this brand and model of flatware.
The set looks good and has a pleasant weight. The knife is serrated but still feels fairly sharp. The set is engineered to perfection. The set comes with a manual on what to avoid.
