What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
All items sold by Silver Superstore as “Sterling Silver” contain at least 92.5% percent Silver and are stamped with either “.925”, “Sterling Silver”, or both.

What does " w/stamp " mean?
As of April 2022, Fortessa is no longer stamping their logo in their flatware pieces. We do have some stock left of the stamped versions. If you are looking to match your older, stamped, pieces you will want to select the pieces denoted with “w/stamp”.

While these items are safe in the top rack of a dishwasher, we still recommend hand washing.

These stemless wine glasses were even nicer than I expected. I love that each one has a unique design so my husband and I never get our wine glasses mixed up. The quality is exactly what you would expect from the Mikasa.
Love the design, high quality and perfect size
These glasses are replacements for a few I had broken. These replacements seem to be more expensive than the originals.
Bought several years ago and I wanted to add more. So happy Mikasa still had them. Their beautiful!
I love these stemless wine glasses. I have been buying them for 10 years or more!! They are worth the price.
Not the same. The glasses I received are different from the images and not as nice. Feels more like glass and does not have the nicely cut drinking ledge. They are also a different look and had I known - would never have bought them. The one on the left are what I received and the one on the right is my original set that matches the images.
These were ordered to replace broken glasses from a prior set of eight. They are used as water tumblers. Our wine glasses are all stemmed. Really like Mikasa dish and serving ware.
