Our Return Policy

Customers may return or exchange eligible items purchased from Silver Superstore within 30 days of receiving delivery. Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in original, unused condition. Items that have been used, washed, run through the dishwasher, polished, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Original shipping charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, shortage, or an incorrect item.

Engraved or personalized items are not returnable for refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Before shipping a return, please contact us so we can confirm that the item is eligible and help make sure your return is processed correctly.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • Your order number
  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange

Returns sent without order information may take longer to process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, shortage, or an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and packing the item carefully, as we cannot issue credit for items that arrive damaged due to insufficient return packaging.

If Your Order Has a Problem

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing pieces, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will help correct the issue and, when needed, provide a prepaid return label for an exchange or replacement.

After 30 days, we will still do our best to help, but the issue may need to be handled as a manufacturer warranty or manufacturer exchange.

Large Returns, Special Orders, and Restocking Fees

Large returns, special-order items, or returns that require extensive inspection or repackaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

This fee is often waived for exchanges that do not require a refund, but this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning high-value orders or large quantity returns so we can help you with the best option.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and International Returns

For Canadian orders and other shipments outside the contiguous 48 United States, we may not be able to provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, shortage, or an incorrect item.

International shipments, including shipments outside the 50 United States, that are refused by the receiver will incur a charge for the actual return shipping costs to our warehouse. Any carrier fees, duties, taxes, or customs-related charges billed back to Silver Superstore may also be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Orders Purchased With a Gift Certificate

Items purchased with a gift certificate that are returned will be refunded as store credit.

If your order included a gift certificate offer, the gift certificate or the items purchased with the gift certificate must be returned in order to receive full credit. If your purchase included a “free with purchase” item, that item must also be returned to receive a refund or exchange.
