What is .925 Sterling Silver?
The Short Answer:
Sterling silver consists of at least 92.5 percent silver and 7.5% percent of other metals like copper, nickel, or both. The reason for this is Pure Silver or Fine Silver, is very soft and very malleable making it easy to damage or bend. Other metal alloys like copper or nickel are added to the silver to make a more durable piece.
All items sold by Silver Superstore as “Sterling Silver” contain at least 92.5% percent Silver and are stamped with either “.925”, “Sterling Silver”, or both.

What does " w/stamp " mean?
As of April 2022, Fortessa is no longer stamping their logo in their flatware pieces. We do have some stock left of the stamped versions. If you are looking to match your older, stamped, pieces you will want to select the pieces denoted with “w/stamp”.

Perfect for the small family who doesn't need 8 place settings. Simple, clean and a perfect weight. This is such a great quality flatware and beautifully designed. The fact that it's still made with 18/10 stainless steel makes it an exceptional value. That second number tells me that it's made with 10% nickel which assures me of lifelong corrosion resistance. Very few manufacturers still produce flatware of this way.
I love the simplicity of this set. It is modern and sleek without too much detail. It has high quality 18/10 stainless steel and doesn't rust or have water marks.
I really like this pattern. It is stylish enough to use for dinner parties but also nice for everyday use. The 18/10 construction keeps them nice and shiny as well as spot resistant. The forks and knives are forged like regular kitchen knives so they actually pierce and cut my food rather than tearing.
This flatware is so beautiful and modern looking! It is beautiful on my table and I love that the spoons are nice and deep to give good servings of soup or cereal. The design on the handle is so minimal and sleek that it makes it easy to clean.
