Our Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time, up until the day your order is shipping. If your order is scheduled to ship the day you call to cancel, we will attempt to stop the shipment, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled, and returns will be subject to our return policy.
One exception to this policy includes items that are scheduled to receive custom engraving. Once an item has been engraved, your order cannot be cancelled. We will attempt to cancel the engraving as soon as you call, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
If your order is scheduled to ship from the manufacturer, we cannot confirm cancellations after 2:00 pm PT. We will contact you with the outcome the following business day.
If you need to cancel your order, please call 1-800-426-3057 and speak with a customer service representative. You will be given a cancellation number as a receipt for your request. We cannot accept cancellation requests via email.
